About Lydia

Caring for seniors holds a special place in my heart because of my own experiences with my grandparents. I witnessed firsthand the value of compassionate, respectful care in their lives. This connection motivates me to provide the same level of care and companionship to other seniors. I have volunteered in a caregiving facility specializing in dementia care. This experience has allowed me to develop essential skills in communication, empathy, and patience when dealing with seniors facing cognitive challenges. I have learned to create a safe and engaging environment that fosters their well-being. The satisfaction of making a positive difference in the lives of seniors is what fuels my passion. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the seniors I care for, learning about their life stories, interests and quirks.
