About Lydia

I have worked with children of various ages in my church for about 10 years. I have also had experience working with orphans from the Dominican Republic and Ukraine. I spent nine months living in Costa Rica where I served regularly in an orphanage and adolescent boys home. I also spent a summer nannying for a family. I had full responsibility for three children, 8-year-old boy and girl twins, and a 4-year-old boy. Caring for these children included preparing meals, providing transportation, and supervising swimming all while ensuring their safety. Currently, I am in the process of becoming a licensed foster parent. I have a professional resume that I am willing to provide if desired.
