About Lydia

Hi! I'm a former Spanish interpreter and translator (15 years in the field) who enjoys working with and being around children and teens. I've tutored various students of disparate temperaments in Spanish and English Literature, successfully helping them raise their semester grades. Feel free to contact me with any questions! I'd describe my personality as curious, open-minded and empathetic. I like working with kids because they're genuinely curious about the world and their environment. It brings me joy to watch as their eyes light up at a discovery or realization. More often than not, I am the one being taught by them. In my spare time, I like to read, play games and make art.
