Hi! I'm not your ordinary babysitter/nanny. I am a trained, early intervention therapist for a couple of hours during the day. I spend my time with children 0-3 years of age that experience developmental delays either with speech, occupational skills, or behaviors. While I will not function as a therapist in your home, I can use my knowledge to help support your child and your home. I'd describe my personality as uplifting, joyous, and kind. I like caring for people with special needs because there are things left undiscovered. There's so much to learn from them. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a mom myself. Watching my child grow and develop has put an extra push in my heart to support other children. What I do with my child at home can be expected within yours. I make sure to provide the same kind of compassion, patience, understanding, and love. My skills include teaching and engaging children in pretend play, fine motor skills, speech, and routine.
