Lucy worked with our family since my youngest son was 8 months old. She is very caring and attentive with infants/toddlers. Lucy is particularly skilled in providing a safe and engaging environment for children to thrive. She's been amazing in handling a 3 year old and a 1 year old. My kids adore her! I've found her to be exceptionally accommodating in following specific instructions for care. In the entire time she has worked with us -- she has never called in sick/missed a day. One of the most responsible, mature and fun caregivers we've had.
