Lucy was our first ever nanny. We hired her to care for our 5 month old son when I completed my maternity leave and returned to work. I was so afraid and anxious about the thought of having a stranger care for my son. But when we met Lucy first online and then via zoom we instantly made a connection. She was a trust worthy caregiver who was patient, gentle and respectful. She communicated well and worked with us to attain a schedule that worked well for our son and with independent naps.
