Iris took care of our infant daughter full time for two months when she was 4-6 months old. Iris was warm and enthusiastic with our daughter, and diligent and communicative with us. She gave us the advantage of her expertise by offering good advice, but always did it in a respectful way and never tried to change our minds if they were made up. Iris arrived early every day, and was comfortable taking our daughter out often, even commuting with her to meet me at a mid-day doctor's appointment in Manhattan from Queens. She handled any issues that came up, and always kept us informed.
