About Luca

Hello! I have 3 years of childcare experience in a daycare setting. When I started I was a float so all the classrooms from infants to pre-k/ school agers. When I became full time I was a toddler teacher for about a year my day consisted of teaching a lot of curriculum, sensory activities including water, shaving cream, sand, snow etc. we prioritized outside time and lots of dancing and song time! Then I became an infant teacher. In this room my day consisted of making bottles doing sensory activities with their little feet and hands, and lots of one on one time to feed and give them some snuggles! Before I worked there I often watched my younger sister and volunteered at the Lydia House. I am interested in working exclusively for one family while I get through college. Having all that extra one on one time with your kiddo(s) and being able to teach them at their pace seems so much better! I am CPR and first aid certified and am willing to cook and help out with laundry as well!
