About Lourdes

I am a caring and loving person with a positive mental attitude. I took care of my mother for 11 years, after she had a massive stroke. The stroke left her severely impaired, she was unable to speak, and was partially paralyzed. While she couldn't speak, we had our way of communicating. There were definitely some difficult times, but we learned to celebrate daily accomplishments, and I developed a comforting routine for her that helped her recovery. I pay attention to the details, can be hyper-focused, and am solution oriented. In my current role, I manage all of the administrative duties at an education center where a good number of the students have special needs. I manage parents' requests, teacher administrative needs, and assist in ensuring the school runs without issue. I'm looking for a role where my skills will be put to good use. I enjoy helping people and find satisfaction knowing I've made a difference in someone's life.
