Lori would request cash only. However, she would never finish the job in one day. I hired nannies at the same time I hired her. the last days that she had worked, she had broken my tub stopper. I told her to never wash down my Chrome with sponges but to use towels instead that I provided for her. she chose not to listen, and I had found scratches from the back of the sponge on my stove. she also attempted to wash the refrigerator with the food still in it. anytime I would inform her how I wanted her to do the job, she would give a really bad attitude. she had requested to come into work, and I did not want to deal with the drama, so I told her I didn't need anyone for that day. after Lori had done work with me twice, I asked her if she could do bi-weekly payments so that I could not need to go to the bank which was all the way across town each time she came and I will be able to have her come in more hours because I'm paying her every two weeks. she agreed. I also asked her to initial her name and put the hours on the calendar on the wall so that at the end of the pay period I could calculate how much I owed her being that she was paid by the hour. two pay periods later, Lori had asked me in the middle of a pay period if she could come and pick up some money. Lori was very big on gossip and saying inappropriate things to other employees, I informed her that just like all the other employees she needed to wait until the pay period because I can't do that for everybody. I also sent her a picture of the calendar with her initials and hours including the written start and end dates for the pay period in case she forgotten when the pay periods were I also told her that she can ask her friend who also worked for me if she was confused on when the pay period was. she then began to text me at odd hours, threatening, making demands, and insulting me because she had not gotten what she wanted. in summary, she complains a lot about doing her job saying that her back hurts, she doesn't listen to how you want things to be cleaned, and if you make an arrangement and agreement she will break it and demand otherwise. she sends harassing text messages and consistently interrupts you every 5 minutes when she is doing the work. she cleaned out the refrigerator and left expired things in the refrigerator anyway. I do not recommend this person. she is extremely unprofessional
