About Lori

I've spent much of my adult dedicated to the needs of others. I began my career in the corporate world in 2011 but moved to childcare in the form of a nanny a few years later. I accepted my first position with a family in Shreveport, LA in August of 2014. I'm still employed with them today! Through the years, I've advanced within the family. I've worked with children (ages 2-16), grandparents, aunts and uncles, and adult sisters! Currently, I work for the family matriarch as her personal assistant. Whatever they need, I make it happen! There might be a learning curve involved, but I'm down for anything. Longterm, I'd like to find a position closer to home--Longview. I'm also studying for the Texas teacher certification program; I'd love the opportunity to work in Special Education on a elementary level. Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training at East Texas Baptist University. Resume available upon request.

Lori it’s not your typical babysitter. She’s kind and energetic and engages with your children while keeping them safe and getting them where they need to go to various activities on time and prepared. She worked beautifully when watching my kiddos even given their very different personalities. She has always been punctual and respectful. I appreciate how she plays with my kiddos when she’s watching them instead of just zoning out and doing her own thing and letting the kids run wild or waste hours on technology. You won’t find a better person to take care of your most valued treasures.
