Dependable and on-time. Offered academic support and encouragement to teen with lots of work to catch up on. Worked really hard to get her caught up. She was vested in success of my daughter. She was not an expert on all subjects; in these cases she asked for the homework or syllabus in advance so she could be prepared to tutor on the subject. Result was that my daughter caught up with all homework and was prepared for tests. Highly recommend.
