Uani was immediately responsive to whatever assistance we needed, whenever we needed it. 1. Other caregivers we tried were limited to certain times and specific tasks; but Uani kept her availability flexible and could perform any task we required with little or no supervision. She instinctively knew what was required and the best actions to take, based on a minimum of input from us and other medical providers. She was respectful and calm and kind, communicated very well and always maintained a professional attitude and poise.
