About Liz

I'd describe my personality as caring, flexible and dependable. I like working with kids because of their natural curiosity about the world around them and watching them grow! As Piaget states, "play is the work of children." I love working with kids because of their creativity, imagination and love of learning. Being able to foster learning and growth through play, nurture and routine helps kids flourish into their own unique selves. I'm looking for a job that is primarily during the day, Monday-Friday. I started working with kids when I was in college. I worked in a daycare and was a nanny. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, bake/cook, reading and spend time outside hiking and gardening. One thing you should know about me is I am very caring person. Being a mother I understand the importance of trusting who is taking care of your child and making sure they are being cared for. My skills include infant care, preschool skills and emotional regulation.
