My daughter was really excited about her so we hired her. She was with us a very short while and was very helpful while she was here but she told me (not asked and scheduled with me, just told me) very last minute that she was taking the day off to take care of a personal matter and this was just before her 9th day working with us. It felt very unreliable. Days later my daughter shared she felt the nanny was a bit impatient at times, which of course hurt my heart. Again, she's nice and she's helpful, but as a parent, I would want to know this beforehand.
