About Lisa

After training as a birth/postpartum doula, my focus shifted to holistic health coaching and wellness for families. I also have a degree in culinary arts so food and nutrition has always been a passion of mine My other past experience includes working for 2 years as a live-in nanny for 2 kids in Seattle (boy 11 and girl 9) My duties as a nanny/household manager included morning routine, lunches, school pick-up, homework help, transportation to extracurricular activities (soccer, music lessons etc) occasional meal prep, laundry, general housekeeping and scheduling. working as the chef at a summer camp for 2 years (11 and 12) with children ages 7 to 15. I also have experience with children as young as 6 months, including special needs children.
