My name is Lisa. I have been married to my husband for 22 years. I have 2 grown kids & 1 grandchild. I was a stay at home mom until my children started middle school. I can assure you when caring for your children that I would be very compassionate to their needs. I would want someone to care for my children the way that they are cared for at home! I'd describe my personality as honest, respectful & compassionate I like working with kids because enjoy watching them grow into their own personalities. I'm looking for a job that I enjoy doing everyday. I started working with kids when I was about 14 just babysitting for individuals. I started working for an actual daycare from the age of 17 until I was 20 years old. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, children & grandchildren! One thing you should know about me is I tend to meet other peoples wants or needs before my own. My skills include teamwork, communication, & patience.
