About Lisa

I offer a wholistic, humanistic, and authentic approach to writing and learning. My bachelors in sociology and current doctoral work in clinical psychology has given me an expansive knowledge base across the internal and external pieces of the human experience and the skills for expressing myself through the written word. Everyone has a story to tell and a voice worth listening to. I see my role as helping the person uncover their own words. I also have ADHD and bring the compassion, structure, and accountability that those with ADHD need to thrive.
