About Lisa

I am currently a first year doctoral student in clinical psychology. Some of my interests are in third wave CBT, neurodivergence, and working with adolescents and young adults. I started working with kids in high school when I started babysitting. After college, I worked as a behavioral therapist with children on the autism spectrum. I like working with kids because I love caring others, playing games, and building connections with others. I hope to make everyone feel safe, cared about, and heard. I am a patient, compassionate, and goofy. I devote my whole focus to those I am with. I also love to play games and encourage creativity, imagination, and emotional awareness. One thing you should know about me is I see everything as an opportunity to grow and learn. In my spare time, I like to cook, bake, sing, garden, hike, watch a good show, read, spend time with my loved ones (both people and furry friends).
