About Lisa

I have been a care giver for well over 10 years. My experience first began with a family member who became ill with Parkinson's-Dementia therefore, the reason I became a Certified Home Health Aid. I can very much relate and empathize with the families deciding to allow someone, no less a stranger, to come into their home and help with their loved ones. The emotional toll it can take dealing with the/any illness alone, can be enough. Finding the right person to help alleviate some of the daily care giving responsibilities allows the family member to have more quality time with their loved one and that's where I come in. Being able to assist the elderly, learn from and bond with them means a great deal to me as well as gaining the families trust in knowing their love one is being taken care of. I care for both male & female clients. Responsibilities included: medication management, personal hygiene management, exercise, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, companionship etc.
