About Lisa

I am a mother of four children, two boys and two girls, ages seven to 24. I worked in the hospital doing phlebotomy and laboratory assisting for 12 plus years. I have had the honor of taking care of both sets of grandparents and my uncle who were all in Hospice Care at home. I did all of their banking, cooking, cleaning and shopping. I also bathed and changed them. I used to do their blood work, change the catheters, dressed their wounds along with anything else they needed. I also have had the privilege to be there when they all took their last breath. I have a special place in my heart for children and the elderly. That's mostly why I went into healthcare because I have seen first hand how people are not treated right today in the health care system and was hoping to make a change. I believe everyone should be treated as if they are a part of your family.
