About Lisa

My direct experience with caregiving encompasses caring for my own elderly parents (I am so lucky to be able to help) and aunt, who has dementia, as well as professionally as a surgical and endoscopy tech in which I was involved in the care of many elderly patients. I also have experience with a transferring from the Sprite to/from a bed, chair, wheelchair, etc., caring for a partially paralyzed stroke victim, a 90-year-old who had undergone surgery and had balance and hearing issues, another stroke survivor with left side weakness, patients with Parkinson's, a patient with MS and a patient with a fractured wrist.
