About Lisa

Hi there! My name is Lisa and I'm a mom of 3 - now adult kids! I have an associates degree in Child Development with lots of experience with young kiddos! I've worked in preschool settings and also have cared for family and friends' kids while staying home to raise my own. More recently I worked in an elementary school with mostly kindergarteners. My passion is working with really young ones ages 0-4. I'd describe my personality as calm, patient, and loving. I'm looking for a job that has some flexibility but has a pretty consistent schedule. I started working with kids when I was a young teenager, caring for babies and toddlers as my summer job. -My skills include my ability to adapt and be flexible, while also bringing structure and consistency. -I'm very nurturing and calm when experiencing stressful situations. -I would integrate developmentally appropriate activities during our day - involving physical and cognitive experiences through play!
