About Lisa

Hi! My name is Lisa. I am currently a Spanish teacher for Camden Charter High School and just finished my first year. I am originally from Long Island, NY, but moved into the Cherry Hill, NJ area about 8 years ago. My experience with children began when I was very young. Being the oldest of 5 girls, I often babysat my sisters. I was also a competitive gymnast growing up and babysat for my younger teammates. Once my aunts and uncles started to have children, I babysat my cousins as well. I also have children of my own; 2 boys ages 10 & 15 and 3 of my sisters have children ranging in age from 1-5 years old. I have always had a passion for working with children which is why I became a teacher. Having the privilege to help grow and shape young minds and be a part of their journey into adulthood is extremely rewarding.
