Lindsey has been our twin boys' nanny for 7 months, she started when they were 1.5 years old. She makes them breakfast and lunch each day, changes diapers, reads books and helps with playtime at home. She helps with light housekeeping items mainly related to the boys (but also helps empty our dishwasher which we greatly appreciate), and takes them to the park daily (sometimes 2x a day). The boys adore her and look forward to seeing her and are sad when she leaves. She is happy to get feedback and implements changes immediately, which makes it easy to communicate with her.
