About Lindsey

I am a School Counselor of 8 years (currently stay-at-home mom). I taught 4k-12 school counseling. I did lessons primary on social emotional learning (SEL) but also on careers, problem solving, and organization/study skills and learning styles. I can primarily offer support to your student in organizing and study skills as a big picture approach to learning. I also can help with mindfulness and meditation for getting the brain centered and ready to learn, (I am also a yoga instructor). I also have prepped and administered the ACT and other standardized tests, so I can help your child prepare for state testing. I was the District Assessment Coordinator (DAC) at two of my former jobs.
