About Lindsay

My name is Lindsay. Throughout high school I had the privilege of not only babysitting children outside of school, but also being a part of a program that allowed me to tutor and become a positive mentor to children who desperately needed a friend. I prefer a long-term arrangement with a job because it gives you an opportunity to really get to know the child and their interests. Most of my experience is with older children, however, I adore infants and toddlers and know I would be fully competent to care for them. I wasn't raised to be a "couch potato", as my mother would say, so most of my go-to activities involve being outside in the fresh air. Growing up I participated in a variety of sports and would love to play with your children (I'll try to let them win every once in a while). Despite my lack of skill in the arts department, I would enjoy some craft time. In addition to playful activities, I would be able to help with homework, chores and cooking.
