About Lindsay

Hello! I'm a social worker/doula with years of nannying and babysitting experience. I have a bachelors degree in social work and worked in child protection for six and a half years. I have a soft spot for infants and toddlers but love all children. My husband and I had our daughter, P, in April of 2022. I'm not ready to leave her to go back to my career, so for now, I'm offering in-home childcare. Our home is baby-proofed with ample books, toys, and a fenced-in backyard for lots of outdoor activities. We also have adequate baby necessities- crib, gates, strollers, pack-n-play, and organic, healthy food. I lean towards a gentle parenting approach and would treat your child as my own. Having worked in the high stress, unpredictable environment of child protection, I am easily adaptable and level-headed. Your child would hands on care and supervision from me and socialization with my daughter. Open to 20-40 hours per week.
