About Lindsay

Hello! I'm a mom of a 6-year-old boy and I've been taking care of him full time since he was born. Now that he is in school I have some free hours during the day and I'd like to do something useful with my time. My first job was in a nursing home during high school. I worked there for three years. I really enjoyed getting to know the residents, that was my favorite part of the job. I've always been interested in history and biographies and I loved listening the stories they would tell me about their lives. I also spent a lot of time with my grandparents and great-grandparents as a kid, so I have an affinity for older people. I'm compassionate, kind-hearted, and a good listener. I enjoy going for walks, reading, crocheting and staying active. I'm also CPR/first aid certified by the American Heart Association. Thank you for your time!
