About Linda

I am a mother to four children: three grown and one older teenager. In addition, for many years, I operated a family home daycare in Montgomery County and was an assistant preschool teacher for a year before returning to school. I am experienced with a wide variety of ages and temperments. I guide children with a loving attitude and am a good communicator with parents. I love spending time outdoors, am active, in good health, and believe that children should be engaged with their surroundings and not passively sitting in front of a screen for too long each day (not opposed to a *little* "down time", but everything in moderation) I recently graduated as on occupational therapy assistant and have a FT M-F job as an OTA at a skilled nursing facility I am available occasional evenings/weekends. The OTA part of me encourages others to live up to their potential, whatever that may be, and to do whatever they can to achieve their goals.
