I my name is Linda and have over 10 years experience with seniors up to age 90. As a companion, I enjoy reading to seniors, playing board games and cards. I can encourage light activity in the form of gentle stretching and low impact movement. I can dispense medication, prepare meals, run errands, transport to appointments or social events. I can handle light housekeeping and general straightening up. I can do laundry when needed. As with all caregiving, a cheery disposition and positive outlook are so important.
