About Lily

Hi, my name is Lily and I'm 22 from Austin, Texas! I'm looking for consistent part-time nannying or babysitting while I'm in grad school. I have a lot of experience caring and working with kids. I've worked at summer camps, babysat since I was 15, and most recently worked as an Inclusion Specialist for kids with specific behavioral plans. Working with a lot of different kids, of all ages and with varying needs, has taught me the importance of relationships. It's so important to build trust and create a relationship with not only the kid(s), but the family!
