Lily has served as a backup nanny for my 22 month old son while we were in between childcare arrangements. She is communicative, super punctual, and was wonderful with my son from the moment they met. She has kept our house clean and been respectful of any requests/rules we've made. We will be hiring her for babysitting in the future!
