Lilly did a wonderful job nannying our 3 year old, pre-verbal, autistic son for the summer. She kept our very active son out of trouble and safe. Lilly is responsible, caring, honest, communicative and on-time throughout her employment with us. She was also open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how to handle our son on his not so great days. We definitely would hire Lilly again.
