About Lilli

I'm looking for a job that allows me to care for others in a gentle way. I want to work with someone who values kindness in a world that shames and traumatizes. I started working with kids early, being the older sister to 5 younger siblings. I have also tutored in music and other subjects since high school In my spare time, I learn how I can be more compassionate to myself and others. I study the connections between trauma/shame and the ways they affect people. Especially focusing on recovering from their effects. I study the connections between pain and tension in the body and trauma+repressed emotions. I express myself through music - drums, guitar, piano, and singing. One thing you should know about me is that it's a high priority of mine to give children the kindness and attention they need and deserve. As an autistic woman, I have a deep appreciation for kindness and gentleness, and accommodating needs that can only be discerned through patience and validation.
