Lillie is absolutely amazing. From the point of interview, she had such pointed thoughtful questions, not just geared towards the child but also parenting philosophy, which she carried through once hired. Lillie has a gentle heart and loving nature, but also was not afraid to take initiative and ask if there was something more she should do in certain situations. Both my children really enjoy her, and I would recommend and rehire her 10/10!
