We hired Lillian a couple weeks back to watch our three boys, (3.5yr old twins and 6.5). She was on-time, friendly and engaging with both us and the kids. She made sure to play with them and not spend time sitting on her cellphone. Lillian even stayed late after we got back so we could continue to socialize with some of our friends @ home after dinner. We would definitely hire her again and recommend her to others without reservation.
