About Lillian

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and compassionate. I love to make sure the child has fun, while also staying safe, and abiding by the parent's rules. I like working with kids because I love to be apart of watching them grow. I love to help them anyway I can. I'm looking for a job that can move along with my schedule, and also pays well. I started working with kids when I was 15. I have always loved working with children because I love to teach them, and help give them positive experiences. In my spare time, I like to read. I also love to hangout with my friends, and shop. One thing you should know about me is I am in High school, so my schedule may differ, but I can still be flexible, and cater to whatever the families need. My skills include tutoring, for example helping them with their homework, compassion, making sure they feel safe and heard, and enthusiasm, making sure I do whatever I can to ensure their positive experience and time.
