About Lila

My name is Lila E and I've lived in the Big Rapids area for 14 years. I have my degree in Health Care Administration and have worked in the health care & social services field for the last 5 years. Prior to that, I stayed home to start a family and raise my two sons who are now in elementary school. I have a deep sense of compassion and the desire to care for others. In my prior experience I've worked with people experiencing homelessness, elderly and developmentally disabled individuals. I've been able to serve them and find a sense of purpose in helping them build confidence and self worth, find housing, and connecting them to further resources in the community to enhance their quality of life. I am CPR/First Aid Certified and I've completed Culture of Gentleness training. I find satisfaction in cleaning and organizing and assisting others in making their space tidy and spotless.
