About Lia

I'd describe my personality as caring, kind, and friendly. I like working with kids because I love making an impact on young children. I love teaching children new things in ways where they are able to apply the knowledge that I give them to their own lives. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my hours because I am a full time student during the school year. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. I began my first job babysitting 2 children. I then went on to working at an afterschool program where I was a lead counselor and had my own group of 10 children. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I like to go on walks and workout. I also like to spend time crocheting and playing with my dog. One thing you should know about me is I am very easy to work with. I am a team player with a pleasant personality and will always put my best efforts in everything that I do. My skills include communication, behavioral management, and patience.
