About Lexi

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, outgoing, confident. I like working with kids because I love seeing their personalities grow and help them learn new things. I'm looking for a job that makes me happy to continue going to. A job that helps me grow as a person. I started working with kids when I decided that my daughter needed to be around toddlers her age. I have always loved kids, but having her, pushed me into this career and I love it. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I try to be outside when we can be. I love finding new places to eat or explore. One thing you should know about me is I will treat your kid as my own. To comfort and support their little minds as they learn to express their emotions verbally. My skills include patience, active listening, and conflict resolution.
