Lexi is very strong leader. She will do whatever it takes to get a job done. As a Unit Coordinator for our summer program, she always initiative, was very responsible, and was not afraid to hold others accountable for their actions. Lexi has a huge heart for children and will be whatever they need her to be. I've seen her be everything in the world for kids. Everything from silly, to the mentor big sister. Lexi is also very versatile. She can be put into any position with and do an amazing job. As an employer, it was very reassuring when Lexi was leading or organizing something. She works well independently, but can work in groups as well. Lexi is an incredible young woman that will go very far in life, and was very lucky to serve with her.
