Dear parent: I've been working exceptionally hard since 2021 working with infants and usually their slightly older sibling. I am from South Africa and that's where I learnt how to take good care of children. I also did a childcare course for all aged children via Red Cross in pursuit of becoming childcare qualified in the USA. In the last 5 months I have been working 45/wk with an infant. My duties included bottle feeding, bathing, diaper changing, tidying up nursery, baby laundry, weaning, BLW, indoor/outdoor activities & to help baby develop in every growing stage of their infancy I do however would like to add that I am aware of the value I bring to families and would love it if they treated me as good as I am to them. I would love to work with a non racist family because I literally don't see color (side note: I'm not colorblind lol) so I want a family who won't undermine me because of my skin color, but instead acknowledge me for the value I bring and the person I am.
