About Leeza

I'd describe my personality as patient, understanding, and loving. I am slow to anger and a great listener. I love working with children because they are the future. I enjoy guiding and encouraging children to be the best versions of themselves. It's important to me to ensure that children are confident so they can navigate the world around them fearlessly. In my spare time, I like to paint/draw, spend time with my daughter, and take walks outside. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely patient. I've worked with ages 0-11 years old in large groups. I fully understand that every child's need is different based on where they are in their development. Being able to work with children is more of a blessing than it is a job. There's nothing more rewarding than receiving love and trust from a child. I am currently a student at Citrus College studying child development so that I can become an art therapist or counselor. I am also a mother to a beautiful 2-year-old.
