About Leasa

I was a CNA for 2 years in a SNF during college. I worked with special needs/physically challenged children from 3-21 years old for 20 years. During that time I worked PRN for home health with orthopedic/geriatric patients 15 years. I've spent the past 12 years providing therapy in a rehab setting to geriatric patients in a SNF. I'm skilled in patient safety, transfers, mobility, assisting with hygiene, clothing management, and ADL's as needed. I have experience with seniors with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, dementia, stoke, CHF, COPD, and orthopedic injuries. Ive spent my career treating my clients with respect, dignity, patience, understanding, and the skills they need to be safe and independent in their home.
