About Leah

I love seeing the development of children as well as skills they have already mastered! Children are able to take in so much information, possess so much knowledge, and are capable of being independent while exploring and learning through play. I have been working in childcare for around 5 years now, and have had the privilege of working with children of all different ages and backgrounds! I believe with my experience I am able to provide a calm, structured and FUN environment all while being able to help with building skills such as kindness, sharing, creativity, independence, and courtesy. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends and read! Also, I love to work out and play volleyball. I'm also working on my cooking skills, which could be a great and beneficial activity not only for myself but for young learners! I currently work part time but would love the opportunity to build a relationship with a family so that I'm able to provide a consistent and trustful face!
