Hello, My name is Leah. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in May 2023 and am a registered nurse. Recently, I discovered that nursing in a hospital setting is not for me. I have always enjoyed caring for my family and those around me. I am the oldest in a family of four children. Growing up a lady from my church would take me and my siblings to the nursing home to visit with the residents. This was one of the greatest joys of my childhood. Leah was very caring and compassionate with my father. She spent 5-6 days a week in our home taking care of him and assisted with adl. Leah cooked for him, cleaned up, and found his favorite shows. Even though the tough days (his confusion and agitated state) she was so very compassionate and helpful.. bonus she was so great with our 3 kids.
