My background is in special education. I moved to PDX from Philadelphia in 2005 and attended graduate school at Portland State. I went back to school for fitness technology in 2009 and now I'm able to combine my two passions as a special needs coach. I work on sensory integration, motor planning, body awareness,and fun! I've been gluten free since 2009 after a Celiac diagnosis. I'm so lucky to live in an allergy friendly city like Portland.
