About Layla

I take a lot of pride in being able to say that I am as child oriented and trained. I also am a firm believer in an open communication no matter the job I'm doing, however that goes for parents especially when it comes to your child. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself with my mom in her daycare she ran from home. When I was old enough to babysit alone I found myself constantly taking care of all the children in my life. As a teenager, I moved in with my mom with my two siblings with autism and I've been one of the primary caregivers in their life since. Since then, I've also worked in an educational daycare caring for infants/toddlers as young as 6 weeks, and a class of school agers as their afterschool teacher. In my spare time, as cliché as it sounds, I enjoy playing video games, spending time with my family and I've recently gotten back into doing art again.
