Nelle saved us! Our nanny was out sick and we were desperate for help, and didn't know how long we'd need the help. Nelle responded quickly and helped us and took amazing care of our daughters. Nelle asked great questions to prepare for the day and was so thoughtful about getting to know our little ones. We'd hire Nelle again in a heartbeat - she was dependable, punctual, and knows how to win over a kid's (and parent's!) heart.
